Be it diverse businesses in various sectors, health parameters of individuals as well as the entire country, and border skirmishes with both our long-standing foes that continues even now. • In other words, the entire outlook for the country appears bleak at least for the next few months what with the infection raging in many places unabated leading to recourse ranging from lockdowns to allowing restricted economic activities depending on the situation at ground zero. At some places, whatever little gains achieved after restrictions were eased has been lost owing to further clampdowns. Instances of suicides are on the rise, involving celebrities and well-known personalities, due to mounting stress levels.

  • Immersing oneself in too much negativity without resorting to breathe in positivity leads to avoidable repercussions harmful for the very purpose of harmonious existence. What is the way forward then from the perception battle waged within the neurological confines of the oceanic mind?  In my view, unflinchingly embracing a realistic point of view would go a long way in ensuring balanced disposition helping tide over any crises or challenges.  In other words, staying grounded with equanimity offering a balanced viewpoint better serves individuals and humanity.  Realistic approach all the way!
