Dug out is located near Sarat Bose Road; It is one of the best hookah parlors in the city. Talk about Food, Music, Hookah, Ambiance it tops in all of it. The one thing which act as a disadvantage for it is high price; If you plan up for having food and hookah both at once it will at least cost you a Rs.800+ Which is quite expensive in a economical city like Kolkata.
2. Tyre Patty
Tyre patty is one of the most beautifully decorated cafeterias in the city. The cafeteria boasts of a aqua zone where you can keep your feet in cold water and pull hookahs and have stuff. It is not very expensive and a hookah would cost you around Rs.400 so if you go with 4 friends it would come down to Rs.100 Per person which is quite cheap.
3. Chaskaa Cafe
This is one of the oldest hookah parlors in town; The interiors is also good with a red spot light all over the place; Here, The food, hookah, and drinks are all economical and would cost nothing more than Rs.900 for around 5 people. So this one is definitely to look out for and one more advantage that it possesses it is located in bhawanipur where you can always find teenagers at any time.
4. Afraa, City Centre
If you visit here; You would love its atmosphere. It has both an air conditioned and an open air area which is quite amazing; But I recommend you the open air area because it is seriously fantastic. It is not that expensive and will cost you anything between 400-600 for a hookah but one thing is for sure that you will love its ambience.
5. Aqua, The Park
It is located in the prime areas of Kolkata that is Park Street which can be said one of the busiest areas of the city this if famous for its ambience which has a pool beside it and it is an open air area. Though it is a bit expensive but you will surely enjoy its service and its ambience
