All of us would simply embrace such a seamless merging of delightful physical and mental structure with absolute cheerfulness. For achieving such an exalted but rare gift of Mother Nature, we are expected to fulfil certain expectations without cutting corners. Are we mere mortals always prepared to go through the grind in a desired manner? Not really.

Likewise, mental well-being can be achieved by proactively immersing in reading, writing, singing, talking, and generally allowing the mind to indulge in stimulating activity.
