Appreciably, the BJP is Infusing Young Blood in Leadership Roles!

BJP
  • The Bharatiya Janata Party prides itself in maintaining that it’s a party with a difference. The BJP’s ideology is strongly built on a heady concoction of Hindutva, nationalism, development plank, and growth prospects. Unlike other opposition parties, the BJP never shies away from showcasing its strong Hindutva credentials whenever an opportunity presents itself. No wonder, the opposition terming the saffron brigade as communal largely benefits the party in not only upholding the right-wing ideologies but also polarizing the society on communal versus secular narrative. Of course, the BJP has traversed quite a distance since the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid agitation in the 1980s catapulting the party into a formidable force to reckon with in the present times.

  • Due credit should be accrued to the BJP for not wavering from their core ideologies. The construction of Ram Mandir was one of their poll promises that will come to fruition in the next few weeks. As we know, Ram Mandir will witness the long-awaited installation of the deity in January 2024 in Ayodhya timed perfectly just a couple of months before the Lok Sabha elections. Make no mistake, the BJP will leave no stone unturned in making the event spectacular, historical, and memorable. It makes one wonder how the BJP has managed to stay relevant, grow, thrive, and establish itself in the minds of the countrymen. The top leadership of the BJP deserves special mention for continuously reinventing by taking tough decisions unexpectedly.
  • We know how formidable the BJP’s election machinery functions around the year. None of the elections are considered less important nor is the opposition given an inch during the campaigning. Most importantly, the BJP is blessed to have a strong leader at the top whose popularity, following, and acceptance among the electorate keep strengthening by the day. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is an undisputed leader in the party whose credibility has ensured the BJP keeps crossing difficult electoral terrains with aplomb. The three recent Hindi heartland state assembly election results substantiate the same. Mind you, no leader was projected as the Chief Ministerial candidate, but the elections were fought on PM Modi’s name alone.

  • No wonder, the BJP’s top decision-making body has not shied away from naming unheard-of names who are nothing but greenhorns in the pecking order. After the Chhattisgarh win, the BJP named Vishnu Deo Sai as the Chief Minister to take on the reins of the government. Likewise, Mohan Yadav is chosen to don the role of the Chief Minister in Madhya Pradesh which again comes as a surprise for the politically inclined lot but not to the BJP’s top leadership. Further, it won’t surprise if the BJP chooses a greenhorn for the CM’s role in Rajasthan as well. This has been the trend of the BJP to pick leaders from nowhere but only those who also fit the unavoidable social engineering requirements based on caste considerations. It’s fascinating to observe, indeed.
