- Encomiums and adjectives will fail to describe what Mahindra Singh Dhoni is to Indian cricket over the past thirteen years or so and his towering contributions having morphed many defining moments in the sports that are considered no less than a religion in the country. A small town precocious talent eventually making it big in the collective imagination of the most passionate and adoring millions, who consider no less than an expert while dissecting the game threadbare and leaving behind an indelible imprint worthy list of emulations.
