Nestle may not be able to start selling its Instant noodles giant, Maggi across India immediately although it has cleared its final tests which were held on Wednesday.
The company can start its sales after it has cleared the tests in at least three designated laboratories, which was said by an order of the Bombay High Court, but what is affecting the company is the ban on its sales in at least 12/29 states. Gujrat, Karnataka, West Bengal and Goa have not put any ban on the sale of the noodles but the negotiation by Nestle is still going on with every state before it is properly relaunched.
The Bombay High Court stated that they have received the results from the three laboratories which were mandated by the court to test the noodles. All the samples have been cleared with lead much below the permissible limits. As soon as this news reached the stock market the stocks of nestle started increasing and touched Rs 6,461.1(BSE) which is up 0.21 percent.
The stocks of the company ranged between 6,200 – 6,350 last week but it is bound to increase in the upcoming days, stated the analysts.
The ban on Maggi was implemented by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, Bombay High Court had ordered tests of the Instant Noodles at the laboratories in Mohali, Jaipur and Hyderabad. Nestle was cleared on October 16th to resume its production after the samples were cleared. The company stated that now that we have compiled with the standards as demanded by the High court we will make our best efforts in starting the sale of Maggi from this month onwards.
The company has also said that they have started manufacturing the instant noodles at Moga, Punjab, Nanjangud, Karnatak, and Bicholim, Goa and the about the other locations at Pantnagar and Tahliwal they are contacting with the authorities in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Nestle would also be needing clearances for manufacturing units. Nestle’s Maggi enjoys a good share of brand loyalty among the public and will have to meet the huge demand once it is re launched all over India. Since two of its units in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are facing state bans they cannot begin manufacturing Maggi there.

I was hoping if anyone could recommend a trusted web site where I can purchase CBD Shops Business Data I am currently taking a look at creativebeartech.com, theeliquidboutique.co.uk and wowitloveithaveit.com. Not sure which one would be the very best solution and would appreciate any guidance on this. Or would it be easier for me to scrape my own leads? Suggestions?
