The Bhakti songs sung by the priests, the Aarthi, and all the prayers of the people, are heard by our ears in the calm and composed atmosphere of the temple. And, all this leads to a positive vibe in one’s soul, and activates the hearing sense.
6. Activation of smell sense!
Only certain specific flowers such as rose petals, marigold, and jasmine, based on different factors are offered to God. So, the fragrance of the flowers, instance sticks, and camphor activates one’s smell sense and provides calmness to the mind.
7. Doing Pradakshina!
After activation of all the five senses; one walks around the idol in the clockwise direction to absorb all the positive vibrations. The positive energy developed from the sound of the bell, camphor heat and all the other things inside the temple, gives one’s body and soul a lot of energy.
Temple is said to be a place where all the positive energy is available in abundance from all the electric and magnetic waves. And, this energy is more than enough to activate one’s senses, thereby giving the person, all the peace and calmness of the world.
