Gawker Trial – Hulk Hogan Says He Was Completely Humiliated
1.Hogan Said that the sex tape which was one minute, 41-second-long which showed him having consensual sex with the wife of his then best friend spoiled his personal and professional life. He says that he was completely humiliated when his sex tape was posted online.
2.The wrestling legend claims that the publication of the footage by Gawker’s hampered his professional and personal life. Heather Clem, happens to be the women whom he was seen having intercourse with in the sex tape. He testified in court yesterday and tried to secure a $100 million pay-out for damages.
3.Hogan told the jurors that he was humiliated and it was embarrassing for his character.
4.During the hearing, lawyers for Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan) claimed that he had a right to expect privacy as because he was in a private bedroom and they also stated that Hogan had no knowledge of the filming taking place.
5.Attorneys for the website countered the arguments by stating that, that kind of reporting was important and claimed that they are protected under the First amendment of the United States Constitution.
6.Hogan, the 62-year-old wrestler previously revealed that he was feeling positive about the case. Outside the court room he told the reporters that he was feeling pretty darn good but admitted that he was not used to getting up this early to do anything other than working out.
Well the court case continues with Hogan to testify later today.
